and Anti-racist ways of working in the arts and cultural sectors. With a deep commitment to advancing equity and inclusion, they specialise in helping organisations move beyond basic EDI training to foster truly transformative change. Their expertise spans anti-racist education, decolonising working practices within arts and cultural organisations, and supporting art workers of colour in predominantly white-led institutions. They are dedicated to developing non-extractive ways of working with marginalised communities, ensuring that their voices are genuinely heard and respected. Their work also explores the intersections of race, disability, gender, and sexual diversity, always adopting an anti-oppression approach to shaping company policies and procedures.
